1. Introduction

Welcome to the Dear Sister Catholic Pen Pal Club powered by Archangel Gifts! By signing up, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and faith-filled experience for everyone involved.

 

2. How It Works?

  • When you sign up, you’ll be matched with one pen pal (another woman who has joined the club) during the current intake cycle.

  •  You will be provided with your pen pal’s first name and email address so you can connect. You may choose to exchange postal addresses, but this is entirely up to you.

  • If your pen pal does not respond or is not a good fit, you are welcome to apply again during the next intake cycle to be rematched.

3. Privacy & Consent

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Prices and descriptions may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment & Billing

  • By signing up, you consent to having your first name and email address shared with one other member for the purpose of pen pal communication.

  • You agree not to share your pen pal’s contact information or personal details with anyone else.

  • If you choose to exchange postal addresses, you do so at your own discretion and responsibility.

5. Code of Conduct

  •  This is a faith-based club rooted in Catholic values. You agree to treat your pen pal with kindness, respect, and dignity.

  • Offensive, inappropriate, or harassing communication is strictly prohibited.

  • If you encounter any problems, you may contact the organizer confidentially for support.

6. Participating and Rematching

  • Each intake guarantees one match. If your pen pal does not respond within a reasonable time, or if the relationship is not a good fit, you may apply for a rematch in the next intake cycle.
  • We cannot guarantee perfect matches, but we prayerfully do our best to connect women with compatible partners.

7. Responsibility and Liability

  • This club is a volunteer-based, good-faith initiative. The organizer is not responsible for the conduct of participants or any outcomes of communication beyond the matching process. 

  • You participate at your own discretion and assume all responsibility for your interactions with your Pen Pal.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

  • If significant changes occur, we will notify users via email or a website notice.
