Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

At Archangel Gifts we want you to be completely happy with everything you receive from us. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.


2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As an EU-based business, we fully respect your statutory rights under Directive 2011/83/EU and Slovak law:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you (or your nominated third party) receive the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason and without incurring any costs (except return postage – see below).
  • We voluntarily extend the standard 14-day period to 30 days because we value your peace of mind.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Send us an email to info@archangelgifts.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return (optional).
  • We will reply within one business day with return instructions and our Slovak return address.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging (unused and in the same condition as received).
  • Return the parcel to us using a tracked service of your choice.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns (change of mind): You pay the return postage.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We reimburse all return shipping costs (upon receipt and verification).

5. Refunds

  • As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • If the return is accepted, the refund (including original outbound shipping costs in case of faulty/incorrect items) will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Standard delivery charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

6. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if we sent the wrong product, simply let us know and we will send a replacement free of charge (including free return of the original item when necessary).


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and legal reasons, the following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable prayer cards or PDFs) once the download has started
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return after opening (if applicable)

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 days of our confirmation email:

  • First check your bank or PayPal account again (processing times vary).
  • Then contact us at info@archangelgifts.com – we will trace it immediately.
