Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order. We ship every item with care and reverence from our warehouse in Slovakia.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide to almost every country except those currently under comprehensive EU or UN sanctions.

Processing Time

  • Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 CET on Friday, or on Slovak public holidays, will be processed the next working day.
  • As soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Europe

  • Slovakia: 1–2 business days
  • Czechia, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Germany: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 4–8 business days

Rest of the World

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–25 business days

These are typical transit times. Customs clearance, holidays, or high postal volumes can occasionally add a few extra days.

Shipping Methods

We choose the most reliable service for your destination, usually one of the following:

  • Slovenská pošta (registered priority)
  • Packeta / Zásielkovňa
  • DHL Express
  • GLS

All parcels are sent with tracking and are packaged flat in rigid protective envelopes or sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders Outside the EU)

  • Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
  • We declare the full value of the contents and mark the parcel as “religious goods / printed matter” where appropriate.

Important Note

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for larger items (calendars are usually fine, but we may contact you if needed).
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Although rare, delays can happen. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days (EU) or 21 business days (rest of world), please contact us at info@archangelgifts.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier immediately.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
