  • attempt unauthorised access,

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if we believe these rules have been breached.

4. Product Availability & Orders

All products are offered subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate stock levels, prices, and descriptions, but we reserve the right to correct errors, modify or discontinue products, or cancel orders (with full refund) in cases of obvious pricing mistakes or suspected fraud.

5. Payment & Billing

We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. By placing an order you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the chosen payment method,
  • all information provided is accurate.

We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers (DHL, Slovenská pošta, Packeta, and others). Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. 7. Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (EU consumer law gives you a minimum 14-day withdrawal right; we voluntarily extend this to 30 days). Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging together with proof of purchase. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on archangelgifts.com (images, text, designs, photographs, and layout) is owned by us or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data. We collect only the data necessary to fulfil your order, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. Your data is never sold. It is shared only with trusted partners (payment processors, carriers, accounting services) who are also bound by GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, or port your data at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

These Terms of Service and any contract between us are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also benefit from mandatory protective provisions of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the website or by email. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
